Return Policy

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days of the shipping date - this does not apply to discounted items.

The restocking fee for the return of 5% of the order value/return will be deducted from the refund.

You will receive your credit invoice together with the return confirmation email as soon as the return is checked and approved by us.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment and bears the shipping costs.

As soon as we have received and inspected the goods, we will refund you immediately. We will first inform you in a confirmation email about the number of returned items and the refund amount.

The money will then be refunded via the same payment method you used to make the purchase - so it may take 8-10 business days from the time you receive our email until you can see the refunded amount in your account.

If you find that you need a different size when you receive the goods, please let us know. You should send the goods back to us at your own expense. When we receive the return, we will send you the desired size free of charge. In this case, the restocking fee does not apply.

Please understand that we can only accept returns of items with the original label and in an unworn condition. Obvious residues such as make-up and lipstick stains or traces of odor make the item unsellable for us. If this is the case, we will send the affected item back to you at your expense and keep the purchase price as compensation.

Fair Use Policy

A basic requirement for being able to offer a good price/performance ratio is our lean cost structure. The return rate plays a key role here, because an excessive number of returns not only means increased environmental impact but also high costs for us. To compensate for this, we would have to increase our sales prices, which would not be fair to customers who have a normal return rate. With this in mind, our system recognizes when the generous return policy is being exploited and we therefore reserve the right to exclude customers who return goods exceptionally frequently from shopping. The fair use policy helps us to make your online shopping experience as good as possible and at fair prices. That is why we try to limit behavior that exploits our service at the expense of other customers, our company and the environment.
